Matt offers a range of scheduling options to meet the needs of clients with demanding schedules.
At this time, Matt accepts Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO for patients who currently reside in Illinois.
For Colorado-based patients, Matt does not participate directly as an in-network with any insurance companies. However, Matt is able to assist patients in accessing their out-of-network benefits (see below for additional details).
Insurance carriers will often cover some of a client’s fee, with the client responsible for a portion of the fee (co-payment) and many insurers offer out-of-network benefits. Matt is able to provide documentation that patients can submit for reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.
Cash and personal checks are accepted for co-payments, along with major credit cards Many employers’ Flexible Spending Account (FSA/Section 125) will cover co-payments or fees for therapy services. As a courtesy to clients, Matt provides assistance with filing insurance claims and exploring use of Flexible Spending Accounts.
Prospective clients are encouraged to partner with Matt verify their insurance benefits prior to their first appointment.
**Matt typically uses a 24-hour cancellation policy. Legally, insurance companies cannot be billed for missed appointments; in these instances, the client is responsible for paying the fee. **
